- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (optional, for extra richness)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (adjust for thickness)
- Place the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut cream (if using), lime juice, and sweetener (if using) into your blender.
- Add the ice cubes last.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk and blend again briefly.
- Pour immediately into a glass and serve.
Notes
- For a thicker, colder smoothie, use only frozen pineapple and skip the ice.
- Substitute regular milk for coconut milk if you prefer a different base, but the flavor will change.
- Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for a post-workout boost.
