- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until smooth.
- Stir the creamy peanut butter into the melted white chocolate until fully combined.
- Fold in the crushed mini pretzels until they are evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Press down lightly with a spatula to compact the bark.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until the bark is completely firm.
- Lift the bark out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Break or cut the bark into irregular pieces.
- Store the peanut butter pretzel bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a different flavor, substitute milk or dark chocolate chips for the white chocolate chips.
- If you do not have a microwave, melt the chocolate using a double boiler method on the stovetop.
- Crush the pretzels by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
