This no-bake Oreo cheesecake is a creamy, dreamy dessert that’s incredibly easy to make. It’s perfect for any occasion and requires no oven time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 15 Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 10 Oreo cookies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or chopped Oreos before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer crust, you can add a tablespoon of sugar to the Oreo crumbs and butter mixture.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • Chill time is crucial for the cheesecake to set properly.
