3-4 lb chuck roast
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup butter
1 cup beef broth
1 lb baby carrots
1 lb red potatoes, quartered
Instructions
Place the chuck roast in your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and onion soup mix evenly over the roast.
Lay the butter pats over the top of the roast and seasoning.
Pour the beef broth around the roast.
