2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the maple glaze evenly over the salmon.
