1 chai tea bag
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of ground cardamom

Instructions
Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
Add the chai tea bag to the warm milk. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Remove the tea bag.
