Make this simple, cheesy Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread. It uses refrigerated dough for a quick bake and results in soft, buttery bites perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the cut pieces into the prepared baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces in the pan. Gently toss the pieces with a spatula to coat them completely.
  5. Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese over the top layer of the dough pieces.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before serving warm. Pull the pieces apart to serve.

Notes

  • For a softer interior, cover the pan loosely with foil for the first 15 minutes of baking.
  • You can use store-bought pizza dough instead of biscuits; cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  • This bread pairs well with pasta dishes, chili, or soup.
