Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
Slice the slider rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls connected in one piece. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
Slice the sliders apart between the rolls and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch dressing if you prefer a sharper flavor.
If you do not have cooked chicken, you can cook 1 pound of raw chicken breasts in a slow cooker with 1/2 cup of water or broth until easily shredded, then shred and mix with the sauces.
For extra flavor, sprinkle a little dried parsley over the melted butter mixture before baking.
