Ingredients
Scale
1 pound lump crab meat, picked over for shells
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
Spoon the crab mixture into a shallow baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Serve immediately with your favorite crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For an extra cheesy dip, you can top with more Parmesan cheese before baking.
If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
Adjust the cayenne pepper to your spice preference.
