4 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon honey

In a small bowl, mix the chopped apple, brie pieces, and rosemary.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the apple and brie mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
Roll up the crescent rolls starting from the wide end towards the tip.
Place the rolled crescent bites on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the bites with melted butter and drizzle with honey.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute pears for apples for a different flavor profile.
Add a pinch of cinnamon to the apple mixture for extra warmth.
For a savory twist, omit the honey and add a sprinkle of black pepper before baking.
